Is there a paid plan?
Yes. WorkPhotos offers a paid subscription plan starting from USD $5.99 per user per month (or local equivalent).
What do paid plans add?
Paid plans include additional features such as:
HD image capture
Removal of watermarks
Cloud storage integrations, including Google Drive, Dropbox, and Microsoft OneDrive
How is pricing calculated?
Pricing is calculated per user, per month. The total cost depends on how many users are on your account.
Are prices shown before purchase?
Yes. All pricing and plan details are clearly shown before you complete a purchase.

How are payments processed?
WorkPhotos uses third-party payment processors so that WorkPhotos itself does not store or collect your payment card details. These processors comply with industry standards for secure handling of payment information.
Do I have to pay for a subscription up front?
No. WorkPhotos is free to try for as long as you like. You only pay if and when you choose to move onto a paid plan, with pricing clearly shown before you do.
Is pricing shown before I confirm payment?
Yes. WorkPhotos clearly displays all pricing on the pricing page before you purchase.
Is there a free plan?

How do I cancel my subscription?
If you subscribed on the WorkPhotos website, you can cancel from your account settings.
If you subscribed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, you must cancel through the same app store where you subscribed.

How do I get an invoice or receipt?
Invoices or receipts are issued by the platform you used to pay.
Subscriptions purchased on the WorkPhotos website are invoiced via Chargebee or Xero.
Subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play are invoiced by Apple or Google.
Where can I find my invoices?
If you subscribed on the WorkPhotos website, invoices are available through your billing records.
If you subscribed through Apple or Google, invoices are available in your App Store or Google Play account.
Will my invoice include VAT or tax?
Yes. VAT, GST, or other applicable taxes are included where required by law and shown on the invoice.
Can I update my billing or tax details?
If you subscribed on the WorkPhotos website, billing details can be updated in your account settings.
If you subscribed through Apple or Google, billing details must be updated through the relevant app store.
