WorkPhotos FAQs

The password reset process depends on which login method your account uses. You should log in using the same method you used when your account was created.

Note: If you normally use Google, Apple, or phone login, resetting an email password will not change that login method.

Reset an email and password login

1. Open the WorkPhotos app

On the first screen, tap Log In.

2. Choose email login

Tap Continue with Email.

3. Enter your email address

Enter the email address linked to your WorkPhotos account, then tap Continue.

4. Tap Reset password

On the password screen, tap Reset password.

5. Confirm your email address

Make sure the correct email address is entered, then tap Continue.

6. Check your email

WorkPhotos will send a password reset email to the address you entered. Open the email and follow the reset link.

If you do not receive the reset email

  • Check your spam or junk folder.
  • Make sure the email address is correct.
  • Tap Resend email on the confirmation screen.
  • Make sure you are using the correct login method for your account.
