Integrations & Sync
This section explains how WorkPhotos integrates with cloud storage services to automatically sync photos from your workspace.
Integrations are currently limited to cloud storage sync and are available on premium plans only. All configuration is done in the web app.

WorkPhotos currently supports syncing photos to the following cloud storage providers:
• Google Drive
• Dropbox
• Microsoft OneDrive
Each integration syncs job photos from your workspace to the connected storage service.

Integrations can only be configured from the WorkPhotos web app.
To configure an integration:
• Open the web app
• Go to Integrations from the left-hand menu
• Choose a storage provider
• Click Connect and follow the authentication steps
Once connected, the integration can be enabled or disabled using the toggle.

When an integration is enabled, photos added to jobs in your workspace are automatically synced to the connected storage service.
Syncing happens in the background and does not affect how photos are viewed or managed inside WorkPhotos.

Photo sync is not guaranteed to be instant. Generally images should be synced within 10-30 seconds.
Photos may take a short time to appear in the connected storage service depending on:
• File size
• Network conditions
• Storage provider availability

Only job photos are synced to connected storage services.
The following are not synced:
• Job comments or messages
• Reports or PDFs
• User details or workspace settings

Once an integration is connected, it can only be:
• Turned on or off using the toggle in the web app
At this stage:
• You cannot switch accounts from the UI
• You cannot fully remove an integration yourself
To remove or change a connected storage account, contact support:

Integrations operate at the workspace level
• Integrations are configured from the WorkPhotos web app
• Configuration is not available in the mobile app
• Synced files follow the permissions of the connected storage account

Integrations apply to the workspace, not individual devices.
Photos added from:
• The mobile app
• The web app
will sync in the same way once an integration is enabled.

Integrations are configured per workspace, not per user.
If you have access to multiple workspaces, each workspace must be connected to Google Drive, Dropbox, or OneDrive separately.
Connecting an integration in one workspace does not apply to other workspaces.
This allows each workspace to sync to its own storage location and keeps data separated between teams or clients.
